Rhodiola
rosea
I
tried rhodiola for fatigue and found it has effect fatigue. I
helps me to avoid strong medication.
Ii
was trying to quit drinking coffee and tried rhodiola. I found
it has such a strong positive effect on my mood that i never stopped
taking it. Jane.
Due to my high stress occupation, I have
anxiety attacks and migraine headaches all the time, but recently
I tried Rhodiola Rosea and the results were incredible! This root,
that grows wild in the eastern mountains of Siberia, keeps me
relaxed and ready to take on every day. Thanks to this, I have
more energy and a brighter outlook each and every day! O.Thompson
I
thought you would be interested to know that the client I called
you about tested EXTREMELY positive using Rhodiola for her allergies
to pollen. It reduced the stress on her body from 90% to 5%. I've
told her to drink the infusion every 2nd day (made with a piece
the size of a fingernail, ground in a coffee grinder and prepared
like tea), and drink that for at least a couple of months. So
we'll see what happens. By the way, I'm taking it myself to test
it out - I made some tincture which will be ready tomorrow, but
am also drinking the "tea" every day. It's delicious - tastes
like rose-hip.... best regards

I just read your web-site regarding rhodiola rosea. I appreciate
your scholarly approach to describing the herb, including your
list of references. I'd already done a literature search on Med-line
for studies involving this herb before starting to take it. I
am pleased to find that your site provides even more references
than I found in my search-- it's rare to find more than anecdotal
"evidence" when reading up on herbs and their efficacy. I have
been taking rhodiola rosea for the last 2 weeks. I'm taking 3
capsules a day. Thanks for your help.

My first batch of Rhodiola (3x60 tab.) worked very well ...I'm
just a happier person...

Dear NE, Thank you for your suggestion in the article about Rhodiola
rosea. I am a pharmaceutical consultant. I have actually had over
24 years professionally experience in Australia and know a wide
network of pharmacies. My own research shows that the Chinese
Rhodiola is less effective than the Russian ones, hence my interest
to import from Eastern Europe. While now Australians are keen
on herbal remedies, my main concern is to get them taking large
quantity of herbs in powder form. It would be better if there
is elixir extract available. I will be glad of your suggestions.

A CHEMOTHERAPY DRUG, ... IT WAS BEING USED TO TREAT HER 'CHRONIC

I feel great -- really refreshed and well rested;
almost like I just came back from a holiday. I've got more energy,
all through the day, but no nervousness like you get with coffee.
I'm very calm and able to handle everything. I'm having more fun
with the kids because ...little things aren't getting to me.
